About the course

Current research shows that promoting a culture of psychological safety results in teams feeling happier, more productive, and more creative. Teams and organizations that have a high level of psychological safety also make better ethical decisions. In this ten-minute nano learning course, we explore research on psychological safety to better understand how improving psychological safety also improves ethical decision making. Upon completing this course, you will be able to: 1. Identify characteristics of teams with a high level of psychological safety. 2. Describe research into attributes of high performing teams and decision making. 3. Recognize how improving psychological safety leads to better ethical decision making.
